The TKE Supra is a versatile inclined platform lift designed for both indoor and outdoor accessibility on curvilinear staircases. Built with a powder-painted steel structure and an anti-slip galvanized steel platform, it features motorised safety bars and flaps that automate during boarding and travel. The system prioritises safety with anti-crushing sensors, a load control device, and an emergency overspeed mechanical governor. Users operate the lift via “hold-to-run” controls located both on the machine and at landing stations.
Rated Load: 300 kg for gradients up to 30°, reducing to 190 kg for steep 45° inclines.
Speed: Standard at 0.07 m/s; High Speed at 0.13 m/s with soft start/stop.
Rail System: Double aluminum profile with an integrated ergonomic handrail and a stainless steel rack.
Drive System: 24 Vdc motor (350W or 700W) using a rack and pinion system with an electromagnetic brake.
Noise Level: Between 59 dBA and 63 dBA.
Certifications: CE and TÜV approved; compliant with Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE and EN 81-40.
