The way forward

This self survey form will help speed up the installation time and also avoid a surveyor visiting your home, do not worry if you are unable to fill in the online survey, we can always send an engineer to carry out the survey for you.

What to do

Please fill in the form below with all measurements required with up to four pictures, one showing the top of the stairs and one of the bottom where the stairlift would park, one looking down the stairs the other looking up the stairs. Once we receive the completed form we will give you a quick call to confirm all the details.

Please Note

By completing the online survey your are under no obligation to have a stairlift fitted. The maximum weight of the user must be less than 30 stone (190Kg). We do not cover all areas of the country, if we do not serve your area we will let you know asap.

Top Tips

The maximum upload size for the images is 5MB.

Measurement C multiplied by the number of steps should be the same or close to measurement A

A metal reel type tape measure is ideal to measure the stairs on your own.

Measurement A

This is the total length of the stairs from the floor to the top nose as images to the left show.
